ICY Tech CEO

At just 20, Mr. J.P. Shabaf represents the next generation of visionary technology leaders. A dedicated college student and lifelong gamer, J.P.’s early fascination with video games evolved into a deep curiosity for coding, design, and computer science, which are the building blocks of modern innovation.

Inspired by how technology can empower creativity and learning, and guided by the entrepreneurial example of his mother, J.P. founded ICY Tech to bridge the worlds of technology, media, and education. His simple but powerful mission is to make tech learning accessible, engaging, and relevant for youth from underrepresented communities.

ICY Tech Partnership Opps

ICY Tech is excited to partner with traditional and charter schools to bring enriching and engaging AME/tech programs to “beyond the bell” students in grades K–6 here in Southern California. Together, we can spark creativity, curiosity, and confidence, empowering the next generation of young innovators and lifelong learners.

Through our hands-on programs, schools can help students unlock their potential and thrive in a rapidly changing, technology-driven world.
